About Me
What Brought Me Here
I’m a ex-product manager and tech consultant using my skills to resource marginalized communities. In college I studied Economics, because I thought it was practical and Public Health Policy, because it's a topic I’ve always been interested in. However, it was really my time spent with Students Consulting for Non-Profit Organizations (SCNO), where I served as president my senior year, that shaped my career trajectory. Upon graduating, I started my career as a tech consultant where I got to work with major companies like Lexus, Union Bank, and Kaiser Permanente. I felt lucky to be working with these brands, across a diverse range of industries, but the work that I was doing did not feel like it was creating any meaningful change.
The Shift
My last “corporate” job was at a real-estate tech startup. I was burnt out, but not for the reasons most people suspect. I wasn’t working long hours, in fact to anyone looking in I had pretty great “work-life balance”. My burnout was from a misalignment in purpose. I was not invested in the product I was working on because I did not see it adding value to people's lives and it was draining my energy.
For the first time in my life, I resigned from a job without having another lined up. I was lucky enough to take some time off before making my next move. Three months in, a conversation I had led to my first client that doing the purpose-driven work I was yearning for.
While I won’t claim to be passionate about every task I handle today, I am driven by an unwavering, north star: I aim to resource organizations that serve the most marginalized communities to create a more just and equitable world.
With over seven years of experience in tech, I am now applying my skills and knowledge to meaningful work that centers humans, not profits. This led me to create KP Collective, where I get to collaborate with amazing organizations like yours ♥

The Whole Person
I like to get to know the clients I work with as a whole person and their interests outside of work, so I’m sharing some things about me :)
- I’m 2nd generation Indian-American, born and raised in Southern California. Growing up I often felt caught between 2 cultures. Over time, I’ve learned to live in the “hyphen” and define my own way of being Indian-American.
- I live with my partner and our three fur babies—Athena, Apollo, and Ari. Their names were inspired by our first international trip together to Greece.
- I have been practicing yoga since childhood, I was lucky to learn it from my Ba (grandma). In an effort to deepen my own practice and tap into my ancestral knowledge, I recently graduated from a decolonized, Yoga Teacher Training taught by the amazing Susanna Barkataki!
